With nearly 15 years working in the field of auditing, accounting, valuation and business valuation, Mr. Hong has had 09 years as an assistant auditor then auditor of VACO Auditing Co., Ltd and 06 years as Director of Thang Long Valuation and Auditing Company Limited - TDK - Northern branch, General Director of Hoa Sen Financial Investment and Appraisal Joint Stock Company.

In 1995, Mr. Nguyen Minh Hoang joined the Vietnam Auditing Company (VACO), received the certificate of auditor in 1996.
