AAT was founded by excellent auditors and financial experts who have worked for several years at the leading auditing and consulting companies, specialized universities, research institutes and large enterprises in Vietnam.
With the enthusiasm to share our knowledge and experience with customers, help them succeed in doing business in Vietnam and around the world, we are committed to essentially contributing to the development of auditing, accounting and financial consulting professions in Vietnam. Our core team members have been managing and working with customers in different fields from corporations, state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, limited companies, joint-stock companies to foreign-invested enterprises and administrative and non-business units; directly performing financial, tax, investment consulting, mergers and acquisitions, accounting review and audit, asset valuation, business valuation in an attempt to provide services with the highest quality to our customers.
Commercial banks, securities companies, finance companies, finance leasing companies and investment funds operating in Vietnam are also being offered our services of financial consulting, investment analysis, recruitment support, et cetera.
In particular, our team members are highly experienced in performing audits as well as financial advice for projects sponsored by international banks, organizations and NGOs such as Vietnam National Bank, World Bank (WB), Asian Development Bank (ADB), Japan Reconstruction Bank (JBIC), German Reconstruction Bank, PAM, EU.
Our team members also have a lot of training experiences in the fields of finance, accounting and auditing, a number of whom have obtained the title of Professor and Associate Professor, being the main lecturers in training and guiding bachelor, master and doctorate courses and specialized certificates such as: Certificate of Tax Consulting, Certificate of Accountant, Certificate of Auditing members (both Vietnamese and international such as: ACCA, CPA Australia...), appraiser certificate, internal auditor certificate...
